There is a great reward coming for those who persevere. Hold fast, My child. Be diligent in seeking My presence. The flesh always screams in pain as it is being pressed through the narrow door. But do not be dismayed.

In this world, I was the only Perfect One. Yet, I am calling you to higher levels of perfection. This is a process for all My children. The path I hold for My dear ones is a steep one and the joy that follows suffering may seem to be far away. Rejoice, however, in this: the promise is sure. As you are faithful to seek Me, and fervent in your desire for “more,” I will hold out your reward.

Take heart. You will be like the prisoner who brings forth very beautiful music from within confining walls — because you are My prisoner, no one else’s.

Those who are called are trained quite rigorously. Do not lament because you are there right now. Rather, rejoice! You are in the final stages of preparation. Your focus on Me must be ever so precise now. Simplify. Simplify all aspects of your life. Then you will hear Me more clearly.

Beginning Sunday, August 29th, We are decreeing this over our lives. Please take a few minutes everyday and decree this over your life and your family.

Victory
Patricia King: Decrees

I am a child of the living God. I am an heir of God and a joint heir with Jesus Christ. I am a new creation in Jesus and old things have passed away and all things have become new. I am a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation.

I am not under guilt or condemnation. I refuse discouragement because it is not of God. God is the God of all encouragement. There is therefore now no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus. The law of the Spirit in the life in Christ Jesus has set me free from the law of sin and death. I do not listen to Satan’s accusations for he is a liar, the father of lies. I gird up my loins with truth. Sin does not have dominion over me.

I flee from temptation, but if I do sin I have an advocate with the Father who is Jesus Christ. I confess my sins and forsake them. God is faithful and just to forgive me, cleansing me from unrighteousness. I am cleansed by the blood of the Lamb. I am an overcomer because of the blood of Jesus and because of the word of my testimony.

No weapon formed against me shall prosper and I shall confute every tongue that rises up against me in judgment. My mind is renewed by the Word of God.

The weapons of my warfare are not carnal but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds; I cast down imaginations and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of Christ. I bring every thought captive into obedience to the truth.

I am accepted in the Beloved. Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. Nothing can separate me from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus my Lord. I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. I am not the slave of sin but of righteousness. I continue in His Word. I know the truth and the truth sets me free. Because Christ has set me free, I am free indeed. I have been delivered out of the domain of darkness and am now abiding in the Kingdom of God.

I am not intimidated by the enemy’s lies. He is defeated. For this purpose Christ came into the world, to destroy the works of the evil one. I submit to God and resist the devil. The enemy flees from me in terror because the Lord lives mightily in me. I give the devil no opportunity. I give no place to fear in my life. God has not given me a spirit of fear but of love, of power and of a sound mind. Terror shall not come near me because the Lord is the strength of my life and He always causes me to triumph in Christ Jesus.

In Christ, I am the head and not the tail. I am above and not beneath. A thousand shall fall at my side and ten thousand at my right hand and none shall touch me. I am seated with Christ in the heavenly places far above all principalities and powers. I have been given power to tread upon serpents, scorpions and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing shall injure me. No longer will the enemy oppress me. I defeat him by the authority that Christ has given me. I am more than a conqueror through Christ.

This morning, while I was meditating on the goodness of God, I felt the Lord speak to me about one facet of His “goodness.”

We tend to think of goodness as giving “good things,” but God began to show me that out of His goodness, He gives us what is best. And sometimes “the best” comes to us in ways we would have great difficulty describing as good. Many times when God seems to be the “least” good to us, He is actually giving us some of His choicest morsels.

Some of the best gifts come wrapped in the ugliest packages, but, because we are so prone to look with our visual eyes, our first reaction tends to be “How can anything good come out of this?”

But God, in His lovingkindness, reaches out to us in the midst of some very “unpretty” gifts. As we willingly accept what God gives us, we can begin to unwrap the layers of packaging together with Him. His goal is always that we would get to the center of the gift, and the center always has a treasure of eternal significance. The only problem is that we, in our flesh, often receive our homely gift from God and immediately cringe at the thought of embracing it! Yet God calls us not only to embrace it, but to carry it until His time of unwrapping is due. Sometimes, He’ll lead us to unwrap one layer at a time, carrying our gift for periods in between. But with each layer, the glow within can be seen more brightly.

Sometimes “the best” comes to us in ways we would have great difficulty describing as good.

God’s heart is grieved when we resist His uncomely packages, choosing to “ignore” them, “deny” them, or, worse yet, “rebuke” them. God invites us to commune with Him at every turn in life, and sometimes His most powerful invitations come through heavy, burdensome packages. Some wrapping paper is like sandpaper, cutting and bruising our flesh as we carry it. Some packages are almost humiliating in appearance, and our Lord asks us to carry them in public, without being ashamed of what He has given us. Some packages are so heavy, we are forced to enlist help from others, thus surrendering our self-sufficiency and pride.

“Do not be deceived, my beloved brethren. Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning.” (James 1:16-17).

Oh, Father, give us Your wisdom to see that everything You give us is good. Release us from our earthly vision and temporal judgment. Give us greater grace, O Lord, to receive all You seek to give us, especially the difficult gifts. Enlarge our understanding, so we may see, rather than be deceived. You, O Lord, never change. You are absolute and perfect in Your love for us, and You select the gift we need at the precise time we need it. And even though the gifts may vary from pleasant to painful, all of them are consistently “perfect” because they come from You. In Your blessed and holy name we pray, Amen.

Dear Friends and Family,
It is with a heavy heart that I write this. Last night, one of our dear warriors, Carolyn Partlow, went home to be with the Lord. Carolyn was a mighty intercessor and a valuable prophetic voice. I can think of so many times that she prophetically spoke into my life with emails and phone messages that kept me focused and directed on the vision of this ministry. Carolyn was the mother of 8 children, but was the spiritual mother to many here in the ministry. She will be greatly missed, but we know that today she is with Jesus, whom she loved most of all.

In this time, please pray for Paul and her entire family as they mourn the loss of their beloved wife and mom. I look forward to the day we will see her again in the full glory of our King and the radiant look of His beloved Carolyn and many others that accompany our beautiful Bridegroom King, Jesus Christ.

In His grip, in His love,
Bob Deering and the Core Leadership team

Funeral Information
The viewing will be held on Thursday, March 4th between 2 pm and 4 pm, and then again from 6 pm and 8 pm. The funeral will be held on Friday, March 5th at 10 am, with Jerry Reeder officiating.

Both the viewings and the funeral will be held at Yoder Culp Funeral Home, located at 1911 South Main Street in Goshen, Indiana.

Please continue to lift up Paul and the rest of the family in prayer.

Graham has been involved in ministry since 1974 and is a popular conference speaker. After getting married to his wife Rachel, in 1995, the two had an encounter with God that would change their lives. This encounter made them question why they just sang in churches and left them with a desire to impact people for Christ. During their time at Regent University, finishing their Masters of Divinity programs, they set up a worship room in their home where they regularly gathered with other worshipers to pray and intercede. It was during these times that they realized that the songs God was giving them during worship were not simply songs but keys that would open and shut doors in the spirit. Since that time Jason has been asked to worship all over the country and the world.
